1. Dispatch Locations
We ship orders across Europe and to the United Kingdom from our dedicated warehouses within the European Union. This allows us to optimize delivery times and logistics for different regions.
2. Costs and Logistics for Oversized Goods
- Aluminum profiles are classified as oversized goods.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your address, weight, and the length of the profiles.
- Manual Quote Fallback: In cases where shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, a nominal fee of €1 will be displayed. If you see this fee, please proceed with the order, and our team will contact you shortly to provide an accurate shipping quote based on your specific location and cargo dimensions.
- Standard Delivery Times: Typically 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination's distance from our EU warehouses.
- Important Note: We strongly recommend that you do not schedule installation work until you have physically received and inspected the goods, as logistical delays with oversized shipments can occasionally occur beyond our control.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery is handled by professional courier services (FedEx, UPS, DPD, etc.) and is provided as curbside delivery to the nearest accessible roadside point. This does not include carrying goods into buildings or onto construction sites. Please ensure clear access for the courier at the time of delivery.
4. Taxes and Duties for UK Customers
When exporting goods from the EU to the UK, HMRC regulations apply:
- Prices on our website are charged excluding European VAT.
- For orders over £135, the courier service will contact you to collect UK Import VAT (20%) and any applicable customs duties prior to delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
1. Inspection Upon Receipt (Mandatory)
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you must sign for the goods as "Damaged" on the courier's documentation. Any claims regarding profile damage or shortages must be reported to us via email at asprof.sales@gmail.com within 3 calendar days, accompanied by photo and video evidence. Claims for transport damage cannot be accepted after this 3-day window.
2. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with international building material trade standards, our primary products are not subject to return or exchange. This includes:
- All aluminum profiles and diffusers (linear/cut-to-size goods).
- Items manufactured or modified to your specific request (e.g., custom RAL powder coating or bespoke cutting).
We take full pride in the quality of our metal, but we kindly ask you to double-check all specifications before finalizing your order.
3. Samples
To avoid any errors in selection, we highly recommend ordering profile samples first. This will assist you in selecting the perfect solutions for your clients 'live' in the future.
