Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers (Invoices). All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

2. Standard Payment Terms
For standard online orders, payment is required at the time of checkout. For established corporate partners and bulk orders, alternative payment schedules may be agreed upon in writing.

3. Late Payments
In the event of a delay in payment, Baltic Distribution SIA reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount in accordance with EU late payment regulations. We also reserve the right to suspend further deliveries or terminate the contract until the balance is settled.

4. Retention of Title
All goods remain the legal property of Baltic Distribution SIA until full payment has been received. Until such time, the purchaser shall hold the goods as our bailee and store them in a manner that they are clearly identifiable as the property of the seller.

5. Security and Verification
To prevent fraud, all orders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass our security verification.
