1) Payment must be received by us not later than the last working day of the month following date of dispatch. In the event of default in payment by due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on money overdue and to suspend deliveries or to terminate the contract.

2) If the purchaser shall pay any account or any part thereof by cheque that subsequently is dishonoured, the seller reserves the right to debit the purchaser's account with any charges relating to the handling of such dishonoured cheque.

3) The seller reserves the right to repossess any of the goods in respect of which payment is overdue and for this purpose the purchaser hereby grants an irrevocable right and licence to the seller's servants and agents to enter upon all or any of its premises or sites to recover such goods.
