Quotations
Quotations do not constitute an offer and do not bind the Company until the order is placed and accepted.

Carriage and packing
a) Carriage and packing may be charged for orders under £250 or €300.

b) If the goods are specifically received from the manufacturer and there is a charge for carriage, we reserve the right to pass this on.

c) Delivery is usually by Yodel, FedEx, UPS’ or any other transport company depending on the buyer's needs. 

Payment

a) Payment must be received by us no later than the last working day of the month following the date of despatch. In the event of non-payment by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue money and to suspend deliveries or terminate the contract.

b) The seller reserves the right to return any goods for which payment is overdue and for this purpose the buyer hereby grants an irrevocable right and licence to the seller's servants and agents to enter all or any of his premises or areas to return such goods.

Claims
Notice of any claim arising out of or in connection with this contract must be given to the seller in writing within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt or delivery of the goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed waived and absolutely barred. In any case, the seller shall not be liable for shortages or damage to the goods unless the buyer, within 10 calendar days after delivery, gives the carrier and the seller written notice of the claim in a form other than a delivery note or shipping document.

Title
Title to the goods shall not pass to the buyer and the buyer shall hold the goods as bailee and trustee for the company (returning them to the company on demand) until full payment of the price of the goods and until full payment of any other sums due to the company from the buyer under any contract or otherwise, without any deduction or delay by reason of any dispute or counterclaim. The purchaser shall be entitled to sell and make deliveries of goods to third parties in the ordinary course of its business but the proceeds of the sale and/or delivery of the goods shall, in the event that the purchaser should pay any sum to the company, be held in trust for the company and on such sale and/or delivery the purchaser is hereby deemed to have assigned to the company all rights (and the company hereby accepts such assignment) in favour of any claim which the purchaser has against any third party arising out of such sale and/or delivery. Any receiver or liquidator appointed in respect of the assets of the purchaser shall transfer to a separate bank account any sums received from third parties in respect of the sale to them of the purchaser's goods, up to the amount of any indebtedness of the purchaser to the company, solely for the benefit of the company.

Cancellation of contract
No variation, waiver or amendment to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by the seller.

Warranty
All products sold by the company, with the exception of products such as aluminium profiles, lamps and bulbs, LED strips are covered by a warranty for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the goods. This warranty guarantees the quality of the product against manufacturing defects arising from normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or general wear and tear. This warranty does not extend beyond one year, even if the manufacturer specifies
